Ingredients

1½ fluid ounces vodka
1 fluid ounce coffee liqueur
1 fluid ounce espresso coffee
3 coffee beans, for garnish (optional)
Ice

Measurement Conversions: 1 fl oz = 1 shot = 30ml

How To Make

Chill your martini glass with ice and water. Set aside.
In a mixing glass, add ice, vodka, coffee liqueur and espresso coffee. Shake until well chilled and frothy.
Discard the ice and water from your martini glass. Strain the martini mixture into your cold martini glass.
Garnish with coffee beans.

Notes

Coffee - cool the coffee so it doesn’t melt the ice and dilute the drink. You also need to use coffee from a proper coffee machine in order to create the foam layer on the martini so the coffee beans can float. Unfortunately, it’s hard to create using coffee made from granules or using a French Press.
